Start by entering some text into the Paper doc. Format the text. Do you want it bold, italicized, bigger? Make a checklist. Need to assign one of those tasks to someone else? No problem. @mention them and they’ll be notified. Start a new paragraph. Does it need an image? Without typing, hover your mouse until you see a plus sign appear. Click the plus sign and add an image. You can leave a comment or question for someone specific. You can even add a sticker or a smiley face. And when you’re ready to send out your Paper doc to your team members, click Invite on the top right-hand corner.
Dropbox Paper is an online document workspace, where you can organize and display text, media, and files all in one place. Paper lets you easily collaborate with others and access your Paper docs from anywhere.
